CBN.com - Gail Mills never dreamed of owning a business. In fact, she never thought she would need to. Her husband, Scott, was a successful artist who made a very good living off of his patriotic artwork. "I was a homemaker. And I loved my role as a mom," said Gail.

Then in 2007, Scott died in a tragic car accident. Gail was devastated. "And I wasn't sure how I was going to keep my home, support my son who was still living here at the time. Everything came crashing in."

While everything in Gail's life changed, she decided to keep one thing the same. "So during the most difficult times of all, tithing was something that I was going to do, no matter what."

For a while, Gail lived off her husband's life insurance, but the money started dwindling and she had to cut costs where she could. Still, Gail tithed and also started giving to CBN. She knew God was faithful.
"Even though I couldn't see it, and I didn't know how it would come, I still could trust Him and I still knew that God's Word was true."

So Gail prayed for a way to make a living.

"I thought of Scott's art work because it was really all I had."

Then she got an idea to make digital reproductions her husband's artwork and customize each print. For three years, Gail worked on the website and searched for the right process to digitize the prints. Finally, she found it. According to Gail, "The result was actually stunning. So it was exciting!"

And so are the sales. Gail expects 2014 to be her best year yet. She also loves hearing from satisfied customers. "There is no doubt in my mind that none of this would be where I am today – there would not be Scott Mill's Prints apart from giving," says Gail. God says, "Give and it will be given unto you, pressed down, shaken together, and pouring over." And I have experienced that. I have experienced it."

Being obedient to God's truth made an incredible difference for Gail. She made herself available for God's love to flow through her to others, and she is reaping a blessing herself as well.
